Yes! The Fiesta is completely free and open to everyone. Come with family, friends, your partner—or just by yourself. You’ll be warmly welcomed!
👨👩👧👦 Is it family- and kid-friendly?
Absolutely. We’ll have a dedicated kids’ zone, creative workshops, face painting, a children’s disco, and lots of fun activities for all ages.
🍽️ Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! Expect delicious Spanish paella, tapas, wines, Estrella Galicia beer, and traditional desserts. Come hungry!
🎤 What kind of music will there be?
Live music, flamenco, rumba, and Spanish pop—all performed by artists from Spain and Basel. Plus, a full day of great background music featuring the best Spanish pop-rock hits.
💃 Do I need to know how to dance flamenco?
Not at all! Just come ready to enjoy. There will be performances, interactive moments, and good vibes for everyone.

🚋 How do I get there?
The Fiesta takes place at Gleis58 in the Rosental/Erlenmatt district. It’s easily accessible by tram, bike, or on foot from Messeplatz or Badischer Bahnhof.
🚙 Coming by car? You can park your car at Baleo Erlenmatt parking which is the closest to the party place. You can find the parking fees in this link: Bâleo Erlenmatt
🌧️ What if it rains?
The event will take place no matter whether it rains or not. In case of extreme weather, we’ll communicate any program changes on our website and social media.

The 2026 program will be announced later on, but you can take a look at last year’s schedule to get a feel for the vibrant atmosphere and variety of activities that make Fiesta Española unique.
